At 491 Gallery, an Apple Vision Pro app available on the App Store, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by 491 Gallery and how we use it.

Log Files

491 Gallery follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log users when they use the app. The information collected by log files include device identifiers, app version, date and time stamp, and possibly interaction data. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the app, tracking users' usage patterns, and gathering demographic information.

Third Party Services

491 Gallery uses NFTScan's API services to retrieve NFT data associated with Ethereum addresses. Please consult NFTScan's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle data.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties except as necessary to provide the app's core functionality.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
